Term 1 Block 3 Fun

Blocks are about learning but they are also about fun and making life long friendships and memories….here are a few fun memories from Block 3….

Some of the cohort started out the block right by attending a warriors game on Wednesday evening - I heard they had a lot of fun and the rest of us should probably be a little jealous if we chose not to attend - especially if we spent it doing knowledge checks or something of that nature instead….

Thursday evening the Ashby room was abuzz with different MBA cohorts mingling from EWMBA, Full Time and EMBA and of course some obligatory beer pong.

Friday night the Program Office organized a crossover event for EMBA 24’s and 25’s - fair to say fun was had by all and the right choices were definately made by everyone who found themselves singing Karaoke and drinking peach soju at 2am (Kimberly Sottero was definitely not the instigator of this…so then who was…only those who were there will ever know).

Some of us refused to leave and were still hanging around the study hall on Saturday night.

Laura and Tom took it a step further though and continued the fun on Sunday with the Fintech conference at spieker hall.

And finally someone (besides Dave) is getting an F in Financial Accounting…wonder who…thanks Professor Sunil for always keeping the F in fun and also handing out all the other F’s.
